To change your Knightline password:
- Login to mySNC
- In the Main Menu on the left, click "Change Your Knightline Password"
- Follow the steps from there
You will receive an email with a subject of "KnightLine User ID Active - KnightLine Password reset" and it will come from email@example.com. That email will contain a temporary password along with instructions how how to reset it.
When resetting your password make sure to put the temporary password in the "Old Password" field.
