Change your Knightline password

To change your Knightline password:

  1. Login to mySNC
  2. In the Main Menu on the left, click "Change Your Knightline Password"
  3. Follow the steps from there

You will receive an email with a subject of "KnightLine User ID Active - KnightLine Password reset" and it will come from servicedesk@snc.edu. That email will contain a temporary password along with instructions how how to reset it.

 

When resetting your password make sure to put the temporary password in the "Old Password" field.
