You may find that you are unable to login when presented with the JAMF Connect login screen.
Normally, you will be presented with the following screen.
However, there may occur times when your computer cannot connect to a network. In this case, JAMF Connect will state that your device is not connected to a network, and a local login is required. When this occurs, the option to login locally is presented below the login screen.
Click the local login button
The local login screen will now display:
Your username will be one of two options:
- Your six-character login ID
- firstname.lastname (NOTE: Do not add "@snc.edu" after)
Your password will be your standard email password.
