How To Request Work for Computer Under Warranty

If your computer is under warranty and needs work, here are the places to contact.

Staff/Faculty

Contact the ITS Service Desk.

Students

Contact the company who issued your warranty. You'll need your computer serial number. If you're not sure how to find that, a Google search will help. The support web sites below may also have a tool available that you can download and run to get your serial number.
