How To Disable Your Email Account

Students, Faculty, Staff

Accounts are required as part of your role at the college. They cannot be disabled.

Alumni

Maintenance of your alumni account is optional. If you'd like to disable it, do one of two things:

  • When your password expiration date arrives, do not change your password. Your account will be disabled automatically 60 days after it expires.
    - OR -
  • Contact the Alumni Relations office to have them disable your account.

Retirees

Maintenance of your retiree account is optional. If you'd like to disable it, do one of two things:

  • When your password expiration date arrives, do not change your password. Your account will be disabled automatically 60 days after it expires.
    - OR -
  • Contact the Human Resources office to have them disable your account.
