Troubleshooting Viewing the Presentation

Here are some suggestions to make it easier for users to view your narrated presentation:

  • Consider uploading your presentation to Google Drive.
  • If the presentation is in Google Drive, the best browsers to use for viewing it are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. ITS has seen problems arise when using Internet Explorer or Safari.
  • If you are having issues watching the presentation on Google Drive, try downloading the presentation and watching it on your computer locally.
