It can be helpful to see a list of participants after your meeting has ended, as this may help with attendance records. Google does not offer a way to do this in Meet. But Zoom does.
After your meeting ends:
- Login to the Zoom web site: https://www.snc.edu/go/zoom
- Click the "Reports" button on the left, and then click "Usage"
- Use the date range to find your meeting, then click the number of participants. Note that if one person connects to your meeting multiple times, you'll see multiple entries. Click the "show unique users" checkbox to eliminate the duplicate entries.
- If you want to save a copy of this list, click the "Export" button to download a CSV file (which can then be opened in Google Sheets or Excel).

If you used the registration or polling feature for your Zoom meeting, you can generate a report based on people who registered or participated in the poll. More information about this feature is available here:
As always, if you're unsure of how these features work, we recommend that you simply setup a test meeting and then try the options.
Also, if your meeting isn't too large, you can consider taking a screenshot of your video window during the meeting. If your participant list is showing, this can give you a simple record of who attended.
