OptiSigns: Uploading Files

You can sign into OptiSigns (SNC's digital signage solution) at https://stnorbertcollege.optisigns.net/. If you need access to this platform, please reach out to the ITS Service Desk.

(1) Go to Files/Assets page

(2) Click Upload Files.

Then drop, import, or browse for files to upload to your account.

Any apps or designs made will show up here as well. You can learn more about those with the links at the bottom of this article.

What files are supported?

There is a wide range of files supported for playback.

Images:

• JPG
• PNG
• BMP
• GIF

Video:

• AVI
• MP4

Document:

• PDF
• DOC
• DOCX
• PPT
• PPTX
• XLS
• XLSX
• All OpenOffice file types.

There is also a wide variety of apps that can be used supporting Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, other web and online media streaming contents. You
