Use this guide to get started with the Forms tool in mySNC.

Creating the Form
In your group, navigate to the Surveys & Forms section. In the top right corner, select "+Create"
Select "Form" from the Create menu.
Change the Form Name, Page Name, and Introduction Paragraph.
Select "Add question" and choose a question type.
Enter the text of the question and answer if applicable. Once your question and answer (if applicable) are set, click "Save Changes".
Once you've added all of your questions, go ahead and preview the form, by clicking on the binocular icon.
Once you're done previewing your form you can close out of the tab with the form preview. Then click "Back to Surveys & Forms" in the top right corner of the window.
To share a link with your form-taker, click the three dots icon in-line with the survey you'd like to share.
Then click "Copy Link"
