It's possible to embed a Google Form on a mySNC page. This guide will show how to setup the Google Form and how to embed it on a mySNC webpage.
Create and Setup a Google Form
We would recommend that this Google Form exists in a Google Drive shared drive that your team has access to. This will ensure that all of your teammates are collaborators on the form by default, and can opt to receive messages when the form is filled out.
If a shared drive isn't a possibility, collaborators can be manually added to the form.
Create Form
In Google Forms, make a new Blank form.
Add all questions you'd like your form-fillers to answer.
Publish and Setup Form
In the top right corner of the Forms window, click the Publish button
By default, Forms set the responder scope to be "Anyone in St. Norbert College". You need to change this setting using the Manage button.
Click the drop down menu next to "St. Norbert College", and select "Anyone with the link".
Then click "Publish".
To embed the form on a mySNC page, you'll need to grab the embed code.
Click on the three dots menu next to Publish in the upper right corner. Select Embed HTML from the list.
Click the "Copy" button, and then head over to mySNC
