The following article provides instructions for installing ArcGIS Pro on your computer if you have a WINDOWS computer. Please follow these directions to run ArcGIS Pro on a Mac. If you are using a Chromebook and need to install ArcGIS Pro, contact the Service Desk (servicedesk@snc.edu, 920-403-4040) and ask for assistance.
Software Prerequisites
Before you can successfully install ArcGIS Pro, you will need to install the .NET 6.x SDK: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
I'd recommend installing the latest version of the SDK. Ensure that you're looking at the Windows versions, click x64 to download and then install.
To install ArcGIS Pro on a Windows computer:
First make sure you have registered for an ArcGIS Online account.
After logging into ArcGIS Online, click on your user profile in the upper-right corner of the screen and select My Settings.
On the left side of the screen, click Licenses and scroll down to ArcGIS Pro. You should see a link titled Download ArcGIS Pro. (If you do not see this link, contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@snc.edu, 920-403-4040)
Click on the Download ArcGIS Pro link and follow the directions provided for installation. (Additional information can be found here.)
Once you've installed ArcGIS Pro, please follow these directions for signing into the application.
