By using this new site, we're happy to provide the following features:
- users can choose to receive incident notifications (or not) by email
- users can choose to receive incident notifications (or not) by text message
- users can choose to receive notifications of only a specific incident (instead of all incidents)
- users can view a historic log of incidents to see when things happened
All email notifications will come from "email@example.com".
